My living room right now is full of at least six or seven parts bins. Including the 30gallon and two smaller 10 gallon bins. Needless to say I have been busy.
Ya I know. I was suppose to post some pictures this weekend. Then again since I didn't get any e-mails or comments asking about them, it's honestly hard to say if this blog is in fact being read at all.
A general rule of thumb with me on pictures. I don't always like taking them until I'm finished with the project. Mostly because what you see in earlier pictures may not always stay the same in the finished project. I don't know how many times I've redone the walls that I have or other stuff in this project alone. I am known for changing stuff all the time in all of my work.
Right now the project is at about 47% finished (not counting the roof phase). Tasks on the agenda is finishing up with all the spare red brick I can find. Then switching over to blue. Also need to build all the benches that will hold the nearly 200 mini figures that I will be putting in it. After that I will be slowly setting up for the roof phase which will be at least a four part process.
A project like this, supported by people. I have a small fan base who look forward every year to see what I can create. I am blessed by every single person who has ever hand the chance to tell me how much they enjoy what I do year after year. Thank You.
One of the questions I do get asked from time to time, is do I accept donations. The short and sweet answer is: Yes. If you would like more information on what you can do.. Send me an e-mail at zorronx@gmail.com (att: Lego Church or LCP). One of the biggest ways? Oddly enough if you live in the Bay City, Saginaw, or Flint, Michigan areas.. the best thing that can help me out is talk to your parish leaders. Those who are not aware of the work. Let them know what I do. Give them the link to the blog. Let them see for themselves what God has done for me in my life. I should be finished with LCP09 by around June 15th or so. That is my target. This years season is running from June 15th to around Jan 15th. I have a few weekends that need to be filled.
Anyway that's all for now. Till Then.
