Roof Phase Round 2!

Well.. managed to get the grid up in about 5 hours of building. It took a lot to get the lights put in to where I want them.

The next phase is pretty much a two parter. Now that I have the final wall line marked out.. I can begin to create the two bell towers. One will have a bell in it. The other one will have some kind of fun set of markings on it. I just haven't decided which side will get what.

Once I get the first part of the towers set.. I can then being to create the nearly 20 some odd panels that will have to cover the grid that I just created.

The plan so far is for the center section at least, is to create six roof panels using yellow brick. The sides will be made up of various flats that I have around. White will be used as a back up. But I will have to wash a large amount of them first. I think some dish soap should do the trick. White plastic does not fare well against the sun.

Based on the test I did tonight.. I should have enough parts to pull this off. As far as yellow brick goes.. I haven't touched any of that yet. Which is a good sign.

Anyway I am getting tired. Might take some pictures tomorrow. Till Then.
